Balinese Rituals
Balinese Boreh
This century old healing treatment is made from warming spices such as ginger, clove and nutmeg. The healing pace is applied to warm the body and relieve aches and pains. A traditional 'mandi' will wash away the product before you soak in a warm fragrant bath.
Treatment cost £20 - this can be included in the Balinese Massage.
Coconut Scrub
Prior to modern soaps and cleansing agents, Indonesian people would use blends of local herbs and plants as natural astringents. Coconut Scrub is exactly this, made up of a combination of mung bean powder, dried coconut, mixed spices and lavender essential oil that is applied to the body to remove dead skin cells. A light film of coconut oil is then applied after the scrub, before rinsing off in the shower. A fabulous exfolicating treatment with
anti-oxidant benefits that improves blood and lymph circulation and leaves the skin feeling soft with a warm luminous glow.
Treatment Cost £20 - this can be included in the Balinese Massage.
